DETAILS IN DETAIL: Our IBHI is made using historic-heritage textiles of India, so of course this IBHI has its own history, not very old though. This IBHI was designed and created to place diyas and candles during the festive season, yet it evolved as a multi-purpose and versatile Platter. It is a stand alone single piece beauty, it has two different sides, it is covered in flat digital print on one side and religious hand painted motif on the side- which makes it two-sided. The basal diameter of this Platter is 2 inches, it is firm and sturdy. The Platter has 12 tassels on the periphery which are hand-sewn on at the base, the spherical beads are made using pine wood with rose gold tone gota-patti wrapped inside out.  Each sphere has a bunch of 126 fibre based dull golden beads. Along with the tassles, the total diameter of the Platter is 4 inches

The Platter has a small loop made using silk chandan thread, which is small enough to not be visible but strong enough to hold the entire Platter when hung on a wall as decor. Flat on a surface or suspended on a wall, this Platter is ultra versatile.

The pictures and videos are shot using Iphone 13 Pro and have undergone no post-processing edits to make sure that you have an exact perception of the IBHI.

IMPORTANCE OF LAKSHMI PAGLA: In Hindu mythology, Goddess Lakshmi is the goddess of wealth, prosperity, and abundance. She is often depicted as the consort of Lord Vishnu, the preserver of the universe. As per traditional beliefs, the footprints of Goddess Lakshmi hold great significance.

The footprints of Goddess Lakshmi are believed to represent her presence and blessings. Devotees often create or draw the footprints during religious ceremonies and rituals. These footprints are considered auspicious and are placed at the entrance of homes or temples to welcome the goddess and invoke her blessings.

The footprints are a symbol of prosperity and are believed to bring wealth and abundance into the household. They are also seen as a sign of Lakshmi's grace and protection. By having the footprints present, devotees seek the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi and pray for financial well-being and success in their endeavors.

Furthermore, the footprints of Goddess Lakshmi are sometimes associated with the practice of "Paduka Puja," where devotees worship the symbolic representation of her feet. This ritual is performed by washing, decorating, and offering prayers to the sacred footprints as a way of showing reverence and seeking the blessings of the goddess.

Overall, the footprints of Goddess Lakshmi carry deep spiritual and symbolic significance, representing prosperity, abundance, and the divine presence of the goddess in one's life.
